Memoria is a configurable school distribution platform that digitizes high-volume school events, replacing paper-based processes and spreadsheets with live dashboards and real-time tracking.

The problem

Schools run major events like yearbook distribution, graduation tickets, senior checkout, and device returns using paper forms, spreadsheets, and chaos. It's slow, error-prone, and administrators have no visibility into progress.

What we built

A platform that handles roster-backed events either on-site via local network or through cloud hosting. Import your roster, configure your workflow, and run events with real-time completion tracking.

Key features

  • Live dashboards — Real-time completion status, station throughput, and outstanding holds
  • Flexible deployment — Run locally on school WiFi (SQLite) or cloud-hosted (PostgreSQL)
  • Role-based access — Admin, Supervisor, Staff, and Volunteer roles with server-side enforcement
  • Supervisor overrides — Handle exceptions for fees, obligations, and holds
  • Template-based setup — Configure different event types without code changes

Impact

Schools process events faster, reduce administrative errors, and finally have live visibility into what's actually happening on the ground.
